The Time and Space Collection by Moonstone Nail Polish

Doctor Who themed polishes. I repeat, Doctor Who themed nail polishes! This collection of six polishes from Moonstone Nail Polish contains inspiration from the classic monsters that the doctor battles, as well as loved companions. Each polish perfectly captures it's inspiration. The formula of each polish is fantastic. I had no problems with the formulas and used three thin coats for each swatch and finished with a glossy top coat. I am a Whovian, so swatching this collection was a big deal and I was not disappointed!

"Her Name Was Rose"- a rose pink base filled with flakies. Inspired by Rose Tyler. Rose is my favourite out of all the Doctor's companions. She was brave yet fierce, and she was going to travel with the Doctor forever. The Doctor truly loved her and she loved him.

"Blink and You're Dead" - a steel holographic polish. Inspired by the Weeping Angels. My favourite monster from Doctor Who. They are creatures from another world. They may look like statues, but only when you see them. They are as old as the universe. They have the most perfect defense system ever evolved, they don't exist when they are being observed. The moment they are seen by any other living creature they freeze. They literally turn to stone... and you can't kill a stone. Of course, a stone can't kill you either, but then you turn your head, then you blink, and oh yes it can.  They are fast, faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink. Blink and you're dead. (Can you tell they are my favourite?)

"Time and Relative Dimension in Space" - a bright blue polish filled with silver flakies and holo shimmer. Inspired by the TARDIS, the Doctor's spaceship. The amazing thing about the TARDIS is that it is bigger on the inside... Time Lord technology. It can travel to any time or place in the universe, just think of all the adventures that you could have!

"Pandorica" - a glistening teal green with shimmer, flecks and glitter. Inspired by the Pandorica, a cubic prison hidden under Stonehenge. It has been described as the "perfect prison" designed to imprison the most dangerous creature of them all, the Doctor himself. It was believed that the Doctor would be the one responsible for the destruction of the universe and existence itself.

"Age of Steel" - a shiny holographic silver polish. Inspired by the Cybermen. The Cybermen are one of the Doctor's greatest enemy. They used to be human, but then they were "upgraded" and all emotions were removed. Their mission, to "upgrade" all of man kind. Those who don't comply are to be "deleted."

"Exterminate, Annihilate, Destroy!" - a bronze polish with sparkle and gold dot glitter. The perfect polish representation of the Daleks. The Daleks are the Doctors oldest and most threatening enemy. They are a genetically engineered mutant encased in robotic armor. They only feel hate, no compassion, pity or remorse. They believe that they are the supreme race and that all other races are inferior and need to be "exterminated."

Obviously I had to add some gold nail studs down the center of my nails to really make them like the Daleks!

I am inspired to do lots of Doctor Who inspired nail art, but I might not get around to it for a while yet... Hoping to use some of these polishes when I do get around to it!

I am so impressed by how well Moonstone Nail Polish has represented each form of inspiration and created it into a polish.  If even if you're not a Whovian they are still super beautiful polishes.

This collection goes on sale (tomorrow) Wednesday the 17th of June from Moonstone Nail Polish.
